Winged eyeliner is great to achieve that sext cat-eye like Angelina Jolie. It creates the illusion of a larger eye. Smokey eyeliner is a great option for those who want that soft, powdery makeup look. Choose any shade or multi-shades to create your desired look. Add-on lower eyeliner for $400 (must be done at the same time) Does not include 6 week touch-up. We can get it done in only 1 appointment, which means less trauma to your skin and better retention for long lasting results. Our proprietary technique has been perfected and proven to produce the best results! Cancellation Policy
